It's the end of July. I'm stepping on my tongue; it's scorching, dog days. It's a good time to wrap up the month with some relief, a cool and breezy story by the master, Walt Kelly, from Pogo #8, 1953.

Your readers perhaps want to look in on Pogo in Pandemonia when T.H. Buchanan has been discussing an extended story-line from the Pogo strip of the mid '60s. Also, his Pictorial Arts has been reproducing Sunday strips on Sundays.
