Then I saw his more traditional monster Frankenstein later on. I am fascinated by Briefer's work because unlike many other comic book artists he had a distinguishable style.

Marsh I came upon while searching for the latest issues of Batman or Superman on the comic book spinner around 1956-57.

Maybe I just have a thing for artists whose work doesn't look like everyone else's.

Thanks for your supportive note.Pappyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01977289662431694607noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31723906.post-47898045419891623192019-05-03T22:09:17.386-07:002019-05-03T22:09:17.386-07:00Hey Pappy. I guess they pretty much, in quality and content, perform according to expectation. Anyway, I figured I'd chime in because these (along with the Dick Briefer Frankensteins) are probably my top favorite things that I've learned about because of your blog. I enjoy each and every new Tarzan and John Carter post a whole lot. I go back and read (or at least look over the art of) Marsh's old posts in your vault pretty regularly.

So thanks for adding another one!

Mr. Cavinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01634994342702518448noreply@blogger.com
